Description
The status light only works with the Supra-R3 models which has the voltage selection jumper at the Optimizer port.
It interprets the messages on the Optimizer port to display scrolling messages (one character at a time) on the multi-colour LED matrix.
The status light PCB is casted in special flame retardant epoxy and can be screwed into 25mm threaded hole in a flameproof door enabling full flameproof certification of the panel as a whole with the indication light visible on the outside of the panel. This improves operational confidence as the operators or even passers-by can clearly see the status of the Supra-R3 without opening the panel door and without having to communicate with the unit via expensive specialized mobile equipment.
A flameproof certificate for the status light itself is issued per batch ensuring full traceability.
